Smart goals can be any number of goals that you set for yourself to hold yourself acountable.
S- specific, you know what it is your doing and how to do it
M-measurable, you know how much of it your doing
A-achievable, its something you can do and not feel overwhelmed
R- reward, reward yourself when you achieve this goal for the set amount of time.
T-time oriented, it should fit into your schedule and not throw off the balance of day to day activities.
