On this page you will find the testing standards to determine your Fit Forward fitness level. Each level has standards that pre-determine your goals for that set standard. Standards are age and gender specific. Once you have completed all the set standards for the that level you are officially that level athlete. Testing and assessments are performed every six weeks and may only be done in that week period. Practice hard and challenge yourself and you can reach a higher level that you ever new was possible.
